LACKLUSTER - THE EMERALD - HOTEL & SERVICE APARTMENT
THREE THUMBS DOWN TO EMERALD, IT'S MANAGEMENT AND OWNERS 





We booked the larger suite with 3 bedrooms in February 2023. The room setup was excellent for a large family of 7. The standard and maintenance of the room was like a cheap third grade hotel. For upwards of Rs 20000/night it was over paying for a street side motel room with broken amenities. Room Service by phone was horrible and took many reminders and calls to get anything.
If I could reach a person personally then that task was done as the workers were super friendly. Restaurant was decent with good staff and variety of food.
All managers who heard about my room complains provided excellent lip service, but no solutions. They knew their rooms have major issues and they have no intention or care to address any problem. Yet unethically they charge full cost of the rooms despite knowing the problems.
Will not stay at this property because of their room conditions, the inability of the managers to fix anything and no rebate offered to have to deal with poor conditions and bad room service.
I SUGGEST TRAVELERS FIND ANOTHER HOTEL TO STAY AT, AS THERE ARE MANY IN THE SAME AREA.

POOR QUALITY HOTEL - NOT WORTH THE MONEY & FALSE PROMISES THEY GIVE.
In fact when I brought the problems to to their management attention, they told me I have the right to post my complaints online but not expect any corrections !!!
