RACE ISSUES STILL EXIST IN USA AT IBREAKUFIX STORE

"I am goign to deny you service" said the white store service manger at the UbreakIfix location at Crossroads Plaza in Cary NC.

This is what was said to the likes of Martin Luther King and Harriet Tubman when the whites presumed themselves to be superior than the colored race. The nameless manager who was afraid of giving his name did so becasue I would not give him the passcode of my phone only so he could replace the phone screen protector. Many service providers think they can treat people of immigrant origin poorly and this is exactly what this person thought he can get away with by making such a statement.

I tried to impress upon him that this is not a service that requires him to start the phone and he does not want to assume the risk that secure personal private information can fall into the wrong hands. He implied that Samsung requires that customer provide the Phone Private Passcode. Any reasoning to not give my passcode was not acceptable to him, I guess he is not one who understand the importance of Security and the knowledge of the many Cyber crimes and Online Thefts that plague society.

Companies like Ubreakifix and Samsung are willing to take on the RISK of a possibility of a lawsuit can come out of customer phones being mishandles by a random person they want us to blindly trusted with our phone passcode even when it is not needed for the service being provided ???

Crossroads Ubreakifix , Cary NC Ticket1# 5135026477 (Service Denied, I will not give password) @Ubreakifix is crooked by rejecting messages !!! "The message may not be greater than 200 characters." (Hence this blog for all to see how they server their customers)

Complaint to Samsung office of CEO: - The Ubreakifix manager treated me as if he was doing me a big favor to fix my phone under Samsung warranty. - Ubreakifix doesn't have the ethics or integrity to help nor can they treat a customer correctly. - Unreakifix managers must treat ethnic immigrants in a poor manner because they can force customers to cave into giving them their phone passwords.

PS1: The Ubreakifix web feedback side does not take a report if I dont have a Sale number ???
