How to Use the FreeStyle Libre 3 App(*) & Start the Sensor https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zlDRGD0Rprc Tried setup with 2 different Samsung Android phones

- Libre 3 turned out to be an unusable device as the option to connect to device never appears on the Libre3 App.

- At basic level the app should provide the "connect to device" option and if it doesn't connect then it is a phone incompatibility.

- What I uncovered is bad software incapability and their customer service at 3 different levels of Libre3/Abbott have no clue how to address ???

- Called Libre3 Abbott support lines in 3 times and with no luck.  The agents were more interested in gathering my personal information that to escalate the problem that is being reported.
