ON ALL MAIL DELIVERED BY THEM ???
Dear Samuel Benjamin,
Thank you for taking the time to notify us of your concern. Your USPS® Service Request 91232582 has been marked as closed.
Many mail pieces no longer display a visible USPS date stamp because of changes in how mail is processed and canceled. Most letter mail is now routed through automated sorting equipment, which applies an ink-jet cancellation to the postage. This automated process may not always place a clear or readable date on the envelope, and in some cases, the cancellation mark may not include a date at all.
Additionally, certain types of mail - such as metered mail, pre-canceled stamps, permit mailings, and some business reply envelopes- are not required to receive a traditional postmark. These items are processed differently and may bypass manual cancellation entirely.
Mail pieces accepted at collection boxes or processed after hours may also be transported directly to a processing facility without receiving a hand- applied date stamp at the retail counter.
Please accept our sincerest apology for any trouble this may have caused you. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again in the future.Sincerely,
USPS Agent

Dear Sammy Benjamin,
Here at our local Post Office, it isn't something we can change and not in our control on how you receive your mail without a date of stamp.
As informed in the previous email, certain types of mail - such as metered mail, pre-canceled stamps, permit mailings, and some business reply envelopes- are not required to receive a traditional postmark. These items are processed differently and may bypass manual cancellation entirely.
You may contact the company you are getting these mail pieces (shown in the picture you have provided) to us and enquire with them directly.
