Many USA towns are struggling to provide the service needed to manage yard waste materials. They are no longer providing services to pick up yard waste materials from the curb which was a traditional expectation of homeowners living in the community. It is mostly a cost constraint for the town and a problem to find a dump site which will accept such biodegradable material for disposal.
