 POOR TRADESMEN WORK & NEGLIGENT BUILDERS

Electrolux Over-the-Range Microwave Model EI30BM60MSB


Recently the builder provided top of the line Electrolux Microwave broke down in less than 2 years. So much for low quality products made in China dished out to Americans by high profile builders.

This microwave was replaced with a new brand microwave. When the install of the original microwave was exposed it became apparent that this builder has no quality control on how the tradesmen perform the install using brute force methods. They just damage kitchen cabinets as long as it can be covered up by the microwave and not noticed by the buyer of the house.

The microwave installer could not use proper drill machine to make the needed holes in the kitchen cabinet. Instead they used some blunt object to brute force the holes, thus destroying the base of the cabinet. This exposes the capability of the tradesmen to cut corners and follow no proper procedure and tools to do their job. And the builder and its supervisor merely let it pass as long as it can be hidden out of site.

Where else does the builder and their tradesmen cut corners and do a bad job at preparing the house for sale?

It is very difficult to remove the existing faulty cartridge from the faucet control knob 2. You will almost always destroy even a brand new cartridge if you have to remove it to put it back correctly. To begin replacement of a Moen faucet cartridge, there are too many little parts before you can get to the actual cartridge.
