Mrs. Reena David Pezarkar




Mrs. Reena David Pezarkar age 76, wife of Mr. David Benjamin Pezarkar passed away today. She is survived by her husband and 2 children Mr. Joel David Pezarkar and Mrs. Sinnora Abed Pezarkar.

Eulogy: 
Mrs. Reena David Pezarkar, who we lovingly called Violet maushi, and her Hebrew name was Elisheba. She was my aunt from my mother's side.

Only a few things I vividly remember from my childhood. Like setting my house on fire during Hanukkah and extinguishing it myself. Getting bit by a stray dog and having to take 14 huge injections in my stomach and red ants taking over my feet for a meal while I was telling big tales to the neighbors.  In a similar but loving way Violet maushi has etched herself in my memory from my childhood.

Violet maushi was my volunteer care giver whenever needed when I was a little boy.  My mom used to go to work and in a panic when she cannot find anybody, she would call her youngest sister Violet for help . On getting this, she came all the way from Nagpada/Byculla (Mumbai), a 1 hour commute, to be with me and  make sure I was not alone at home and not getting in any new trouble. She never turned down the opportunity to take care of me whenever it was needed. Over the years she has remained the same soft spoken and loving person that I knew at one time. 

I was fortunate to meet her in February 2023 at the Thane synagogue for a family get-together when I met them  after 15+ years. Frail and weak but with the same smile and glow of love as she remembered our fond times together when we were both much younger.

May she be in a better place and in peace for all the sacrifices and efforts she accomplished in her life on earth. Aamen. 🙏❤️🌻

It is very difficult to remove the existing faulty cartridge from the faucet control knob 2. You will almost always destroy even a brand new cartridge if you have to remove it to put it back correctly. To begin replacement of a Moen faucet cartridge, there are too many little parts before you can get to the actual cartridge. The first major hurdle you return encounter is that the cartridge will never ever give it easily, at least she a fight. You almost always have to force it out.
